Basics Onboarding

Getting Started with Pix Studio Pro

A step-by-step onboarding guide for new photographers setting up their studio, customized portfolios, and adding clients.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Setting up your studio account is quick, secure, and mobile-friendly. Pix Studio Pro uses passwordless OTP verification, meaning you never have to remember passwords.

  • Open the dashboard login link: app.pixstudiopro.com.
  • Enter your primary mobile number (the default prefix is set to +91).
  • Select your OTP delivery channel: WhatsApp (instant delivery directly to your chat) or SMS.
  • Input the 6-digit OTP code to instantly log in and access your workspace.
  • Tip: If a colleague referred you, paste their referral code during registration to claim a registration discount.

Step 2: Customize Your Studio Profile

Your studio profile is the layout clients see when selecting photos or opening E-Albums. Adding matching branding builds immediate trust.

  1. Navigate to the My Profile page in your dashboard.
  2. Brand Info: Fill in your Studio Name, biography, contact email, and official website.
  3. Logos and Banners:
    • Upload your transparent background png studio logo. Use the built-in cropper tool to scale it.
    • Upload a large, stunning Cover Banner to welcome clients to their portal.
  4. Social Media Links: Add links to Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to make client sharing easy.
  5. UPI Beneficiary Details: Save your UPI ID so that referral payouts can be automatically transferred to your bank.

Step 3: Add Your First Customer

Pix Studio Pro contains a built-in CRM database. All selection events and digital flipbooks must be linked to a customer record.

How to add a client:

Go to the Customer tab → Click Add Customer → Enter their Name, Mobile Number (essential for OTPs and delivery links), and Address.

💡
Pro Tip: Ensure the client mobile numbers are accurate. The system will send selection reminders and AI face-matching notification links directly to these numbers.
