Photo Pro (₹398/mo) includes Photo Selection and E-Albums. Studio Pro (₹1,197/mo) adds the AI Photo Sharing face recognition addon with automated WhatsApp alerts.
Q. What happens to my client photos if my paid subscription lapses?
We do not delete your client files. All historical events and images remain securely saved. Your account is simply locked to read-only until you renew.
Q. Why is the client-side upload queue limited to 5 concurrent files?
We limit uploads to 5 concurrent connections to ensure your browser remains responsive and doesn't crash. It automatically retries failed items up to 3 times.
Q. How does the Watermark system protect my files?
Watermarks are applied dynamically as CSS overlays on client view screens. The original high-resolution photo on storage remains unaltered, enabling clean downloads later.
